[solved] no bank transfer module at the end

For a shop I want to set the payment as follow;

 

 items must be add  into the shopping cart. At checkout you do not have to pay, only order.

 

I installed the module "Bank Transfer". If you checkout now at the end of the message; "No payment modules are installed." Have I forgotten anything? I want to show the bank transfer text i have add to the module banktransfer.

Reset the module first.
Then, reach modules->payment and make sure it's available for the current currency, customer group (tick them all) and country

Sorry, where to find module>payment?  Is this module and services?payment ?   Here i see no currency, but think i look at the wrong spot.
