fatheeym Posted November 4, 2016 Share Posted November 4, 2016 hello i have prestashop 1.6.1.8 first i had a problem that when i reply to any one send me a essage via contact us form he didn't recive my answer ?? i don't know why and i make sure that reply-msg e-mail template is exist when go to customer --> customer service i get this message [CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response) even iam sure from imap details right http://prnt.sc/d2ue12 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
