djbasspower Posted November 3, 2016 Share Posted November 3, 2016 Hello again guys! Unfortunetly I have a big problem with my prestashop 1.6.0.9. I know it is outdated but I tried to upgrade to 1.6.1.7 and 1.6.1.8 and the back office and my theme gets screwed up visually... Anyway, if I try to change to make a change to a product (price, attribute, category, description or combination...), after I press Save and Stay, Prestashop redirects me to the products page without saving anything. I tried clearing the cache folder but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I tried to fully disable the cache but my theme gets screwed up... What I can do? Thanks in advance! aliBoudal Posted July 28, 2017 Share Posted July 28, 2017 Hello Guys i have a similar issue with prestashop 1.7.0.6 , i can't save my product changes , in the browser console i see this error after an ajax Post call: POST https://mysite/admin/index.php/product/form/215?_token=mytoken 520 (Internal Server Error) how can i fix it?
