Auto import cvs - different prices for different customer groups

Hello everyone, I'd like to know if there is a module that allows the automatic import (so I think with cronjob) of products with different prices for different customer groups.

 

So on my ecommerce i have different customer groups to which I would like to assign different prices, I would do this by importing automatically  a CVS, it's possible?

 

I know that is not a simple module, so if there isnt a free, and you know one for a fee, you can even suggest it.
