rocky
What version of PrestaShop are you using? In PrestaShop v1.2.5 and PrestaShop v1.3, there should be "Save" and "Save and stay" buttons on the product editor. Click "Save and stay" to save a product and stay on that page instead of returning to the categories page.

rocky
Go to the Catalog tab, click a category and then click the Edit button in the action column next to a product at the bottom.

rocky
What version of PrestaShop are you using? I just tested this on my PrestaShop v1.3 site and it didn't jump back to the home category. You may be interested to know that you can continue to click icons before the page refreshes, so you can show or hide multiple products in one go. keweli
Thanks for the quick reply, I am using 1.25.Let me give you an example:I got into a category called flowers. Then I click under the Displayed column to disable a Rose. Now it is updated and I am returned to the home category (not flowers). You are saying in 1.3 it remains in the same category? If so, is it possible to change it by editing AdminCatalog.php? rocky
I was looking at the wrong thing. When you click the displayed button on a product, it stays in the category, but when you click the displayed button on a category, it does jump back to the home category. So it isn't fixed in PrestaShop v1.3. I don't know how to fix this.
AC-k3v
I would like to know a fix on this issue as well. It is a giant pain in the ***, especially if you are uploading items to a subcategory of a subcategory.

The truth is, in PS 1.2.5 (which I am using), when you click the displayed button on a PRODUCT, It does jump back to the home category, and it takes me longer to upload products (even a little annoyed )It's fixed in PS 1.3, I tried and I saw.The question is can we fix this in PS 1.2.5, without upgrading to 1.3 ? keweli
He is not wrong. Rocky is saying if you go into a product, you can enable and save without going out.But outside on the catalogs, clicking the cross/tick button will bring you back to the home category.
