Nodge
Last night Fasthosts moved my website to a new server. They sent me an email saying I had to update my DNS records but when I checked I found they had been updated automatically. I have a simple html start page which loads correctly but when I click on the link to my shop nothing happens. Are there any files in Prestashop which might contain absolute paths that might be causing an issue? Oddly I can get access to my back office but there are bits missing. I'm using Prestshop 1.4.7.3 - a bit old I know but it was doing the job just fine. My website is at www.compuprint.co.uk Thanks, John
musicmaster
"You cannot access our store from your country. We apologize for the inconvenience." "Are there any files in Prestashop which might contain absolute paths that might be causing an issue?" This implies that you are using such paths. You should search for them in the ps_configuration table of your database.
bellini13
the move to a new server, likely included an upgrade of software (like os, php, mysql etc...) you need to check server logs for errors, and confirm what the new software versions are. PS v1.4.7.3 might be too old for the new software
