nam797 Posted November 1, 2016 Share Posted November 1, 2016 Hello, We are having a problem with product short description & description not saving consistently. It saves 1 out of 5-6 try's. Has anyone had this happen to them before? I have turned off HTML purifier to try and stop this but it's still happening. Is there another setting that I might have missed?
