Adding a field to the Tags module

Hi,

 

I'd like to add a field to the tags module. It'd be named "description" and it's use is, well, to describe the tag.

 

It's purpose it to categorize on tags and to show the contents of that field when we're on tag-category level.

 

I've read some explanations about adding fields on product level, but this seems to be somewhat different.
For instance, I can't figure out where I need to create the <input> for adding info into the description field.
I've looked into the admin/controllers/Tag/theme/... but to no avail

 

Somebody help please?
