gooch1487
I don't know if anyone has had any experience of this, but I am hoping someone is able to help me with it. I built my website here: http://46.32.240.35/tranquilhome.co.uk/ When I change the Shop URL to www.tranquilhome.co.uk rather than 46.32.240.35 and the base directory from /tranquilhome.co.uk/ just to / my office looks like this! (See attached image) Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks Jamie
Knowband Plugins
Please check if you have updated the value of Base URL in your admin panel to the new domain. You can find the Base URL field in your back office at following path: Preferences -> SEO & URLs -> SET SHOP URL
gooch1487
I have already tried that. My back office works fine when it says Shop Domain: 46.32.240.35 SSL Domain: 46.32.240.35 Base URL: /tranquilhome.co.uk/ But as soon as I change it to say: Shop Domain: www.tranquilhome.co.uk SSL Domain: www.tranquilhome.co.uk Base URL: / The site still works fine, but the back office looks like the above picture. I am so confused!
