Rich Girl
Recently I have acquired an issue with saving products. I enter all the product information and when I hit save it all disappears. I have have to do this several time before I can save an item. Is this a problem with hosting or within prestashop? Can someone please assest ASAP. Rich Girl
Thanks for the response but I can not find the path that he is showing with in prestashop. Can you give me a little more guidance Go to: /admin-url-adressen/themes/default/template/controllers/products/helpers/form/form.tpl and delete the following: submitHandler: function (form) { form.submit (); },
Daresh
You need to start from your admin folder, it's usually different for every shop.

Rich Girl
I just spoke with mt hosting which is ipage.com. They said that I cannot deleted that specific portion I would Have to delete the whole folder.
Daresh
This is ridiculous. You should change hosting provider if they tell you that you can't edit a portion of a file. Edited October 31, 2016 by Daresh (see edit history)
Rich Girl
Yeah they said it can't be edited is there any other solution?
Daresh
What if you had some file related to your sales on your hosting, needed to change it and they said "we can only delete the whole folder"? Ask them once again to edit that file, and if they refuse ask why exactly the file cannot be edited.
