Add Special Features at back office product as new column by ID

Hello,

I want to customize backoffice product list by showing few key features, i read i need to edit

adminproducts.controller.php

 

but i don't know what the join and code i need to add

 

from the $this->field_list

I have same problem. I need to customize backoffice product list by showing almost supplier reference, if possible few features.

 

I try to read the AdminProductsController.php file but I can't find the right part of code.
