Strange error with Top Seller Block

Hey prestafans~
I got a strange issue here, I've spent a few hours tracking it down to the Top Seller Block.

Basically when the Top Seller Block (v1.1) is enabled, if I look at a product page, the page stops execution right after the top seller block. I've attached an image to try and help illustrate what I mean.
Also, a black solid square box appears right after the item description (as you can see in the image).

Now this started happening after I made a few changes, though I'm not exactly sure what changes made this happen and I forgot what I changed so I can't exactly undo them.
