webhosting-hotel
Hi there,I have two very big problems with a Prestashop 1.6.1.6 installation at scandinaviangolf.dk First and most urgent:Prestashop have stopped saving shopping carts for some reason but when a customer wants to pay it works, I get a message from payment processor with my Cart ID, but when I want to look in Prestashop it's not there and no order either??? Second problem is this:Sometimes Prestashop duplicates a Cart ID and creates to equal rows in the database with same details, when the customer returns from payment it then split the order up into two orders and charge shipping on both?? Hope someone can help.

rocky
Perhaps it's caused by customers double-clicking the "I confirm" button or refreshing the page before the order has completed? You can try adding some JavaScript to your "I confirm" button to disable the button after it has been clicked. That might reduce the chances of it happening. selectshop.at
@webhosting hotel, please use "telling" titles on your topics and avoid yelling/screaming one, like: "please urgent", "urgent help needed", etc. Please find here the forum rules for your perusal: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/394100-read-first-forum-rules-and-best-practices/ Topic title changed.
