Shopping asset purchase when a client session starts.

When I sign with my trial account, a shopping starts in my back office and not know why.

At the beginning of backoffice, where visitors see online, below are buying assets carts. For when I sign my own, a shopping cart value 0 is automatically created.

Usually the shipping cart is created when user add first item to shopping cart, unless you have other modules that may affect this?

I do not know that can affect module. But my shopping cart is also created when a user logs on, and the value of the cart is 0.

it is possible that it could be affected by a module.

if you have installed any 3rd party modules, you may try to disable or uninstall them one by one to see if it changes.

 

you can also try to install clean PrestaShop of your version to see if the issue is there.

By the way I checked the latest version of the PrestaShop 1.6.1.7, the issue does not appear.
