Tom1884
I'm on 1.5.3.1. After access administration with an administrator account, I can't use 1-Click Update: browser responds "HTTP ERROR 500".I know that manual upgrading is hard and not-sure-result. So, how can I restablish backend upgrading? Edited October 26, 2016 by Tom1884 (see edit history)
rocky
Have you tried editing config/defines.inc.php and changing the value of _PS_MODE_DEV_ from false to true to see the exact error message on the 1-Click-Update module?

Ok, here it is: "Fatal error: Call to undefined method AdminSelfUpgrade::addJS() in .../modules/psthemextender/psthemextender.php on line 300"
rocky
It seems to be the psthemeextender module that is causing the problem. Try backing up that module and then deleting it.
