Prestashop 1.6.1.7 Registration new client fail (Address)

Hi all,
 
Version ps: 1.6.1.7
 
i'm really depressed with this error so... this happen:
 

when i click on the  access button (right top corner) on my prestashop site  then click to registration button then compile all fields correctly the site show me this two error:
 
1: The Zip/Postal code you've entered is invalid. It must follow this format: %s
2: This country requires you to choose a State.
 
But in "rapid checkout" when i compile all field correctly then click to button save everything goes well.

I hope this is not a Bug.
