prestashop front end blank error..

Hi There,

 

I just installed another instance of Prestashop,  After turning on the errors I get the following error message on what should be the front page.

Not much help I can be when you are using a custom theme I don't have.  The theme is apparently using a function that is not available, or using the function in the wrong way

Does the same issue occur when using the default theme?

Try to remove all subdirectories from /usr/local/www/prestashopDSv2/cache/smarty/compile/ to clear cache.
