Why is possibile access variables in smarty templates with?

Hi,

whats the file (or files) that allow me to access all the variables in smarty templates written in others PHP files?

I can't find what function do that.

So I understand it, but how the controllers files are called for the entire site? To make the variables accessible on others files?

 

Maybe somewhere is written "that files are included also there" for example.

You need to open the controller file to see witch template is being used.

From a template file you can not know witch controller is being called but from a controller you can see the template name.

 

Ok, another step is done! 

 

So, when some module are installed, how the controller know that module wants to access its variables?
