[solved I think] need shipping help please on a live store

Hi,

I setup the same shipping schedule on my test store and on a client's store.

The schedule is by price and has 4 schedules, one for in store pick and the other ones have prices attached.

On my test store all 4 schedules showup.

On my client's site only 3 showup.

I am lost here. I compared all the files and they are the same.

I have customers -> groups -> default both set to tax excluded but the client shows tax included.

Can someone please tell me where to look further? Pictures are attached.

Hi again,

I changed the store pickup shipping rate to $5 and it showed up on my clients store.

Then I changed it back to just "0" and now it shows up as free.

What happened?
