Error "Please amend your cart to lower its weight."

Hi 

 

When I add ANYTHING to the cart it complains with the following error:

The product selection cannot be delivered by the available carrier(s). Please amend your cart. The product selection cannot be delivered by the available carrier(s): it is too heavy. Please amend your cart to lower its weight.

 

I have set the carrier ranges 0 - 250grams, 251-1000grams, 1001-2000grams - the products I am testing with are 120grams and regardless of what I try I just get this error.

 

How slove this problem ?

I think you've set up your ranges incorrectly. It should be 0 - 250, 250 - 1000, 1000 - 2000, etc.

Well i have the error "The product selection cannot be delivered by the available carrier(s): it is too heavy. Please amend your cart to lower its weight." using the USPS Module , and only works if i put more than 1 product ... any ideas?

Maybe this can solve your problem:

1. When you add a product, remember to add product shipping information (width, height, depth, weight).

2. When you add a carrier, don't forget to check "all" option in "shipping locations and costs" tab then fill all columns in "size, weight, and group access" tab.
