Order tracking page for producer/supplier

Is it possible to create an account for each supplier/producer through which they can track only their orders. Is authorization a possible solution?

It is not possible to give a supplier or producer only access to their own products or orders. You can only give them access to all orders or no orders. You could create affliate program accounts for them on the Stats > Referers tab, but that would rely on every person clicking on a link on the supplier's site to your site and then ordering for it to be recorded. I can't think of any good solution.
