hipping module won't register weight and prices "parsererror"

Hi,
I've installed the shipping module DPD and almost everything works correctly. 
The only thing that doesn't work is the DPD Pickup... when I try to save the weights and prices I get an error message (as in the screenshot attached).
DPD can't reproduce the error themselves and have told me to contact Prestashop as according to them it's a internal problem linked to Prestashop.
Please could someone help me with this?

The normal procedure when they can't reproduce it would be that they ask access to your backoffice so that they can look there. This is a rather lazy attitude.

 

What you still can do is switching developer mode on: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information-blank-page-500-internal-server-error/

... and looking for errors in the error log of your server.
