Not using LivePerson & not showing on site but it loads

I don't have liveperson on my site and I don't have an add-on for it. I searched admin. While troubleshooting another problem, I viewed the bottom left of the site and kept reloading and saw that this loads:  'lptag.liveperson.net.... etc.

 

Thanks to Bellini13 I saw this reference in the javascript console:

What file or files do I edit to remove this chat app? I want to offer livechat later on, after I find out which is best for me.
