Daresh
This is a custom theme, but I would go to Modules -> Positions and there check what modules are hooked to the displayNav hook, and then look in that module's tpl files for <i class="icon-cog"></i>

Simonas Invertus
Main question: what do you want to achieve? I don't think that you can change this in BackOffice. PrestaShop1.6 by default and most of custom themes uses awesome font for the icon. To use font is very smart because you can easy change size and color with css and it looks awesome. If you want to change icon to another it would be smart to use something from what your theme has and do not make it custom. To do that you most likely will have to edit your themes template files. Simonas Invertus
Make a copy of your website onto your computer. Open some code editor, you do not need anything fancy. Select "Look into all files" select file type .tpl look for "class="icon-cog"" You should find all the files in your shop that has that icon. One of these files should be the one.
