NemoPS
Custom template? The original one is supposed to be empty, but the theme one is not, and it should actually be there. I doubt adding it will fix the issue though, it seems php related. Try disabling instant and ajax searches in the box anyway, just search by hitting enterDo you have any search class override in place? override/classes
phuongvyhanghieu
Hi NemoPS, I found no search class in override/classes. I also tried to disable the instant and ajax searches and then rebuilt the entire index, but it still is not working. Thank you very much for taking your time to help me. NemoPS
Can you check if you have anything in the search_index and search_word tables? If not, or if they look weird, turn on dev mode and try reindexing, it might spawn an error
phuongvyhanghieu
Hi NemoPS, I checked in the cPanel. I did not see any search_index and search_word tables. I am not sure what causes this problem. Thank you.
NemoPS
Did you check the correct database? There should be one named ps_search_index at least
