How to put Sign in and Blockcart in one line?

Hello guys,

 

my friend asked me how to put Sign in and Blockcart in one line (mean one next to other). I tried it via margins, negative margins but one simply cant go through another. Could you help?

Hi,

- You need change class of 2 block shopping cart & Sign in from col-sm-4 to col-sm-2 (Find in your themes/ modules/blockcart & blockuserinfo).

- Add CSS margin-top for class header_user_info
