Carrier, delivery address problem

Hello, 

I have a bizarre problem with a certain customer on my website.

The customer is a dropshipper so he makes a lot of orders and I just noticed a few days ago that some of his orders enter the system without any carrier information (as if he didn't  choose shipping method) and also the "shipping address" that is displayed on the admin is incorrect but the "delivery address" that displayed on the invoice is correct....

I have no idea how to fix this...
