Problem with discounts of categories and brands

Hi guys,

 

I have a problem with the product discounts.

 

I had to set a general discount on all website products (Exodus 20%), because I do not accept discounts to individual categories or brands.

 

Nothing happens if I create a discount for example for the category "Cosmetics" or brand "Bayern", nothing changes on products, it remains the overall discount.

 

Please can you help me?

Are you using "Specific Prices" to apply discounts to the individual products? This (i think) will over ride all discounts.

Great video but it is not inherent to the subject. The rules to create coupons with discounts work well; there are problems in the catalog price rules. If I set a general discount to a category, it is not applied xchè there a generic discount. Therefore they are forced to create a discount for all products, the same!
