Slow on redirect in home

we notice a long wait time form the automatic redirect base url to lang url

 

www.betafer.it >> www.betafer.it/en/

 

wait time about 1 second, 

 

But the problem is that if i open smarty_debug console i cannot see which is the module that takes long time, 

i can only open smarty console in second url

 

Someone knows the solution ?
