Bleu de Cocagne
Hi, My shop is giving a weird error, when trying to register a new customer. Hitting save and then: "TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to save account Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: error" Why is this? My client just launched the shop and almost everything was working fine. Any help? Regards,
El Patron
you need to provide url for community to view, you can edit post and remove later. make sure PrestaShop debug mode is disabled, this can lead to unpredictable results.

El Patron
Hi, in testing I see that you are getting a 500 internal server error:http://screencast.com/t/WqJZkpBbIn this case I suggest looking at your hosting error log.You can check/enable/disable PrestaShop debug mode following this post:https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information-blank-page-500-internal-server-error/ Edited October 19, 2016 by El Patron (see edit history)

El Patron
from hosting control panel you should have logs button of some sort. Also if you have issue finding then also contact your hosting company...
