phone number is mandatory for customer, but customers are not putting phone numbers in?

WE need a customer phone number for every order we get.

 

We have it ticked that phone number is mandatory however we are getting orders through which dont have phone numbers on them.

 

So is this just an error with the system or what?

what version of Prestashop?

are you using a custom theme or the default theme?

Also check that you have configured the country address format so it includes the phone numbers.
