Module to manage outside sellers

Hello, 
I need help, trying to figure out how to work my cooperators.
I have number of sales people who need to make profit on customers that they will send straight to my shop.
My idea is to supply sales people with discount code which will help them attract people to my site, but:

1. Sellers need to offer products from my store (not their own products)
2. They need to have some kind of discount code for their customers in order to know who they drag into my store
3. I would like my sales people to be able to log in and have a look at number of sales they made
4. I would like to have tool to set up profit for my sellers

For example: I have 10 products with unlimited quantities in my shop. I have 5 sales people who supposed to tell people about my shop and make them order.
When customer buy, I want to be able to tell which sales pearson they came from (specific discount code). Then I want my sales people to be able to have a look at those stats and pay them comission.

Is there a possibility to do it in prestashop straight away or do I need to buy module for that ? If so - can you please advice me couple of them ? 
This is pretty urgent for me.

It sounds that you need affiliates module.
