Where is CSS for mobile ?

I have problem with paypal module, under desktop everything is fine, 3 payment methods are loading, but under mobile i see only 2, last payment method dissapears

 

i think it might be something with CSS, form is too short for mobiles and it hides 3rd payment method, so question is, where is mobile CSS so i can try to fix this ?

using chrome, ctl+alt+j  

 

then switch to device type

 

right click element you want to know about-->click inspect

 

here you can find out what/where .css is that is being applied.

 

note:  back office-->advanced parms-->performance  (if you CCC .css, disable during test so you get raw .css files)
