Add more to left column on Home Page

Hello

 

I am trying to add cms block on my left column on the main home page, but been unsuccessful .

 

I managed to get the categories on the left column but nothing else i have tried has worked, any ideas?

 

Also i made a left hook image, but it does not show up on the home page, just in the sub categories.

• Check modules positions and hooks.
• Check module hook exception.
• Check module implementation to verify that the desired hook is on code.
• Check theme specific modules configuration and template files.

Hey i have checked the cms block hock it is set up for the left column which does show in the sub categories, but not on the main page.

 

I had a look at positions of the cms block but there is no option to home page, just set left column .

 

I am using the default theme.

Did your check module leftColumnHook exception??

Do you have a leftColumn hook in Home?? That not common.

Think i have solved it, had to unhook and reapply transplant for it to appear on home page
