jaimeweb Posted May 25, 2010 Share Posted May 25, 2010 Hi everyone im in desperate need of help!I have just finished developing my new store and ive just used cart2cart to transfer my customers from oscommerce to prestashop. This was done ok but for some reason when a customer then went to recover their password (as cart2cart doesnt transfer these) to my new site they got a HACK ATTEMPT = BIRTHDAY = 2010-05-25 or something along them lines. So i went in to PHPadmin and exported the ps_customers table and changed all the phrases "2010-05-25" to "1974-05-25".....and then uploaded it back in to the database......and it worked! retrieve password then worked fine.BUT now, when they login in to their account none of the products or catogories show...NOTHING...and they do show when not logged in.Ive looked at the groups and all that but cant seem to figuar it out. AND when i click on any customer and try to select them to a group theres no tick box near "default"..ALSO, ive noticed on my groups tab and then view the default group theres a blank entry which doesnt want to delete.... :(Hope the screen shots help, please give me as much help as possible ive spent a long time and a lot of money developing this site.by the way if you see the number 870 in the screen shots...thats the number of customers i transfered from osc...And, on the default group screen shot, if i click on the 9th entry to view it says "object cannot be loaded" and if i click edit, all the input feilds are blank, eg: first name, last name etc..
