How to add translations to nav bar ?

I'm using a theme in which there is an added navigation bar
In the header.tpl i'm able to find the following :

    

Home
Featured Products
Best Sellers
Special Offers
My Basket
My Account
FAQs
Contact Us

When i switch to other languages all strings are changing except these on the nav bar.
What should i do so these strings will be changed as well ?

You need to change it to the following:

{l s='Home'}
{l s='Featured Products'}
{l s='Best Sellers'}
{l s='Special Offers'}
{l s='My Basket'}
{l s='My Account'}
{l s='FAQs'}
{l s='Contact Us'}

So this is only the first part , the second part is entering all these strings to a lang file , am i right ?
so where should i add them ?

There is no need to manually edit the language files. You can go to Tools > Translations > Front Office translations, click a flag, then scroll down to the "header" section to add the translations.
