how do I replace footer My Accounts with custom links

I want to replace My Accounts Column with some links

I can disable My Account but then the Store Info moves closer !

 

How can REPLACE the My Account column with a series of links and a Heading?

You can edit you footer.tpl file and add link in it.

dosen't look like I can control the individual column here 

 

I'm a bit new to Prestashop

I can do small edits but...
