tutorial: contact form on product pages

Contact form on product page - with this tutorial you can build 'contact us' form on product pages (like contact form that i attached below - see screenshot) This contact form will send message like "question about this product" to selected customer's service email. Whole guide is based on extra tabs module, but you can follow steps provided in the guide for other modules, also free ones like content box / html box

 

Guide is based on pure html, so it does not change any controller / class etc - this means that it is super safe to your shop (especially when your'e not a developer and you are worried that you can crash website)
