I'm getting a little crazy now and turn to the community. I mean, I have a form in a tpl, POST, when you return the form to php makes an INSERT into a table hata so good, the bad thing is that when you are already in the php (this is the configuration part of a module) and refresh the page again sends the form and reinserts the row just inserted and want to avoid it.

 

I have destroyed the variables $ _POST and nothing, I have redirected with PHP header () and nothing, I have redirected javascript and nothing, nothing works for a return to the php from the form of TPL, make the insert as browser cache php not resubmit the form, any idea ??
