jetway Posted October 12, 2016 Share Posted October 12, 2016 (edited) I understand that you found this in the control panel of your hosting provider not in prestashops admin section. I would get in contact with your hosting provider to discuss the error. I've seen it when not enough memory could be allocated to a process, so it might be that. or If you have access to the settings you can increase it yourself.
