Really strange problem, apeared from nothing...

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,
we are experiencing really strange problem that appeared from nothing. The site worked great, but before couple of days this massage showed up out of noting :

Please Note: You may have disabled JavaScript and/or CSS. Although this content will be accessible, certain functionality is unavailable.

It appears on every machine we try the site so it's not a client-based problem.

The more interesting thing is that we haven't change anything, the site was fully build and worked great for 2 months.

What could cause this and how can we deal with it ?

You can check it on www. mgshop.bg

Thanks in advance ;)

P.S
off-topic: I'm looking for a system to build a t-shirt design website where the client can upload his own picture and place it over the t-shirt and then order it. Is it possible to be done with prestashop, and if not do you know some other way ( script or anything that can do the job)

Unfortunately, I've never encountered that error message and have no idea what would cause it.

Yes, it is possible for a customer to upload an image with a product by going to the "5. Customization" tab of the product editor and adding a file field, click "Update settings", then enter a label for the file field, tick "required" if the customer must upload an image before adding it to the cart, then click "Save labels".

Thank you for your answer rocky, but i think this function allows the customer only to send a file to us, not to actually place his picture where he wants it to be, and actually see a preview of the final product.

Can anyone help with the main problem. It's a site for a client and he is very unhappy about the situation. Is it possible somehow the javascript to be disabled from the server and this to cause this error.

PLs give any suggestion that comes to your mind because we don't want to start the whole project from scratch, and in the same time we have to fix it by the end of the week.

Thank you ;)

Did you try to switch to the default theme and see if it's related to the theme you are using (I think it is).

Also, you have a js error because of the search box, add a new hook in the modules->position table, "block search" should be hooked into "header" as well.
