Angaben im "Cancelled Url"

Hello,

 

i buy a payment module and in the configuration i have to put the "Cancelled URL" if the user abort the payment. But i don't know what i have to put there. The goal is to send him back to the page of payment methods. In the field "Accepted URL" is written "https://www.example.com/index.php?controller=order-confirmation" which controller is used for aborted processes.

Usually you get a documentation with every module you buy that indicates what you need to change or set. Does the payment process leave your page?

thanks for your answer. No this module has no documentation about this aspect. And bothe fields have an automaticly entry in the field "Accepted URL" is writen the address above and in the "Cancelled URL" is written the standard entry URL.

 

Yes i leave my site and and will link back from the payment provider to my site.

Well you can contact the Module creator directly and get support from them or you can post which Module you're talking about and a community member might also be able to assist. Most Modules that leave the page will direct to the page the user came from when the payment is aborted.
