jkility
Hi, I sell fudge on our website and the most popular type of fudge weighs 200g. I have postage setup that anything between 0-999g is charged at £3.35 I've noticed that today people who have ordered 2x 200g (400g total) blocks have been charged £6.70 postage which is double what it should be. I've checked and only thing different between products using ASM and not using ASM is ones using ASM are selected in the warehouses tab in the product edit screen. When someone has been ordering something that's not in ASM and is in ASM, it creates a double order in the back office and also charges the customer £6.70 postage instead of £3.35. I've unticked the products that have warehouses selected and tried to order again and it works as it should, £3.35 postage so I've worked it out, its something to do with ASM. My configuration for ASM is WA:Weighted Average, is this correct or should I be using something else? And how can I stop this issue from happening again? HelenI
My experience is that you have to use ASM for all products, otherwise PS thinks this order comes from two different locations and charges two shipping costs.
