New product images

I have a problem with products and changing or adding a product image

 

Prestashop version 1.5.6.7

 

When I add a new product, it wont allow me to put in the product image

An error occurred while creating an additional image

 

Any help would be much appreciated

Could you either turn on the debug mode, or show us the error logs? "An error occurred" is not specific enough, I'm afraid .

There could be many reasons why the image is not uploading. Have a read of this post to see how I troubleshooted the upload image error in the past:

We had the same problem. The reason for the problem was in our case: in tables ps_image and ps_image_shop contain entry's for images. But in table ps_image existed entry's for ALL products - also for products without images.

The solution was deleting the entry's from ps_image for whom there where not yet images uploaded.
