How to edit full category page positions

Hi all,

I want to change position of center part of category page.

 

1. Want to move category description from top to bottom of the page. As shown in image, want to shift code <div. class="content_scene_cat"> == $0 to below <div class="content_sortPagiBar">...</div> for change in position of category description block.

 

2. Want to remove <div id="category_description_short" class="rte" style="display: none;">...</div> == $0

 

I am using V 1.6.1.6

Please let me know, from where can I make changes??
