Bleu de Cocagne
Hi everybody! About to launch my store, but needed to add some sub-categories. The thing is: - I have 4 main menu tabs (categories) WOMAN / MAN / ONE OF A KIND / PRE ORDER - PRE ORDER already had 2 sub-categories, Woman and Man, and they were working just fine (Pre order showed everything, Woman only ladies stuff, Man only gentleman stuff) - today i've added subcategories to the other 3 categories, but they don't work! Why? What i've done: - Created the subcategories in the menu module; - Created the subcategories inside the categories, when in Catalog; - I've compared all the info between the new ones and the Pre Order and it's all equal. You can check the shop here: http://www.bleudecocagne.fr/shop Help! Thank you all in advance! Regards, As I can see from your sitemap your categories are displayed well in the menu, I mean all your product categories are displayed. Are you sure you added new subcateogories and also enabled them to be active?
Bleu de Cocagne
Yes, they are all active (image attached). When i say they don't work i mean that they are showing but when i click Woman > Pants (i.e.) the link don't follow the path. In Pre Order > Woman we can even see the path above the images (image attached). Thank you! Daniel Patilea
The menu you are using is not configured properly because it doesn't get the proper links for each subcategory. So you have to take a closer look on how the module can be configured
Bleu de Cocagne
Well i believe i've done that already, the menu module is not that complex... Contacted the developers of theme already. If anybody as any other hint will gladly receive it Regards,

If anybody as any other hint will gladly receive it Regards, You may also try something else. When adding a new submenu item, you can set the "Link" option for the "Menu type" input. This way you are in control of the submenu links. Oh, and the links you can take them from here if you want to be faster.
