Email to ticket

Hi,


 


Sorry if the question has already been posted but I didn't found any answer to my question in english or french. It is possible to create ticket in the after sales part when a customer send an email to a specified email (like [email protected]) ?


 


Basically, I'd have:


- Mr Doe send an email to [email protected]


- A CRON task runs through the "[email protected]" box


- The CRON task detects an unread email and then, get the sender's email address to put it in my shop's database. 


- The converted email goes from "unread" to "read".


 


I don't know if it's clear, I can try to explain further if needed.
