0 Santori
Hello: The public_html is the good way for you. Leave the other opcion empty. With this your prestashop will be in the root of your domain, If tomorrow you need a blog or something it will be installed in for example public_html/blog. 0 isbenj
Hi Santori, thanks for your answer, but it seems that the tree directory of the prestahop cloud version is different from the downloaded one. putting /public_html doesnt work. in .htaccess, i found a variable definition HTTP_PS_ROOT_DIR_ = /homez.106/pca12345/www/ i tried with the above path, but i get an error Specified FTP Path does not exist

0 isbenj
Database can be downloaded from the back store, the only pending thing is to get the images and all related prestashop files. I opened a ticket with the support team and I am currently waiting for an answer.
