[PS 1.6.1.7] PDF invoice variables needed

I am just one step away from launching my new PS 1.6.1.7 webshop. Very exciting!

The last question i have concerns some PDF invoice variables i can't seem to find, so any help is more than welcome. Thank you in advance:

1. [sOLVED] invoice.product-tab.tpl - i need the last variable to show total product price including VAT (e.g. € 2,50, not € 2,35)

 

2. [sOLVED] invoice.total-tab.tpl - i need total products price to show including VAT (e.g. € 2,50, not € 2,35)

                                   - i need shipping costs to show including VAT ( e.g. € 4,95, not € 4,09)

                            

3. [sOLVED] invoice.tax-tab.tpl - i need the same rule from the invoice.total-tab.tpl at the bottom, to show total VAT

I need to know what $variables to use and where to put them exactly, a.k.a. which programming lines to add.
