Get the order notification mail but not the mail with payment information

Hi all,

I tested my website by placing an order with myself registered account.

I got the order notification, but I didn't get the mail with the payment information no matter what payment methods I chose( bank wire, western union, moneygram)

It is weird, It was ok and I don't know when it fails.

No wonder my customers just placing order and do not make the payment.

Anybody know why is this?

Are you still using PrestaShop v1.3.0.6? I know that fixes were made to the validation code of the bankwire, cheque and cashondelivery payment modules in PrestaShop v1.3.0.10, though if it affects third-party modules too, perhaps it is a different problem. You can check the Orders > Statuses tab and make sure that the appropriate email templates exist and have been ticked.

I tested in a new 1.3.0.6 version and 1.2.5.0 version website , both of them didn't come with a mail about the payment information.

Attached is the screeshot of the order statues(version 1.3.0.6)

Is there any setting that should be turned on somewhere?

Those settings look fine to me. So the bankwire email isn't being sent? I don't understand why it wouldn't, unless your email configuration is wrong, but then I'd expect none of your emails to work.

Hi Rocky, the mail with payment information isn't been sent, I don't know why. It worked before :-S .

I have 3 websites with custom themes, all of them get the same problem, any more configuration somethere?

Sorry, I can't help any more. I'm not aware of any other configuration of the payment emails.
